Vendor Information

Please be aware that I have only updated the Links page once in the past 3 years. Real Estate is my life, updating my Real Estate websites is secondary (I am currently a Realtor but in my past life I was a computer programmer. I maintain all my own websites). 

If I think your website is a fit for my Links page, I will gladly add your business. All I ask is your patience. Remember, I am the owner of this website and you have to convince me. The following are the things I look for in eligible sites;

Your business is local to me. The closer to Indianapolis the better.
Your website has to impress me. 
My standards are a professional looking site that attracts my attention and what I think would attract my customers.
Making me an Affiliate to your business is very helpful and will get my attention quickly.
Mail order businesses are OK if I like your site.
It has to be Real Estate related. 
The more variety I get the better.
You may not pass any of the above tests but, I may accept it anyway...just depends.

I will get to it when I get to it.
